Tree farmer with 60 acres of extra land right now. Minimum rental is 1 acre. Rental includes access to dugout for water, but bring your own pump. If this catches on, we will look at providing a presurized water system. Rental fee includes annual plough, disc and harrow. Fertilizers ok, pesticides forbidden. Bees welcome. Fees: $500 first year, $300 subsequent years.
