We have a five acre parcel and plenty of level space for someone who wants to have a garden. There is gate access at the bottom of our property. We are on a quiet street 4 miles from AG Village and 9 miles from SLO. We would have to have a meet up to discuss rent rate and make sure we agree on keeping any clutter to a minimum.
